The current sewer use rate is $21.67 per month per unit. This is a flat rate sewer use rate per unit. Prior to 2008, the monthly sewer use rate was $20 per month per unit. From 1985 to 2006, the sewer use rate was $18.33 per month per unit.

Sherman Lake + 37th Street Grinder pump systems: Homeowners with grinder pumps are charged an additional $8 per
month per unit.
