This is the initial 1980 document creating the Authority.   Although our service district has expanded, the base document of incorporation has not been altered since inception.

Authority-Kalamazoo Agreement 1994
The above document is the agreement the Authority has with the City of Kalamazoo for wastewater treatment, it incorporates an amendment in 1989 to clarify that the Authority provides its own maintenance of the Authority system.  The original agreement was entered into in 1980, then renewed in 1994 to include the Village of Richland within the Authority jurisdiction.
