Although most of the Gull Lake Sewer District is serviced by gravity public sewer, parts of the service district -- where homes are not readily serviceable by gravity -- utilize grinder pumps. Also, the Sherman Lake Sewer District of 2007 elected to utilize grinder pumps in lieu of gravity.
