The Authority is currently developing links to register, manage and view your account information. 

Paying by Credit Card without Convenience fees:   Update 2011-10-19:  The Authority has chosen not to absorb the $5,000 - $7,000 annual fee for upgrading our billing system to allow customers to pay by credit card.   The Authority has enabled ACH (auto-debit) ability (see above page) for the form.   Customers may also elect to have their banks set up 'auto-pay' from the customers individual bank checking accounts.  

During caledar year 2013 the Authority plans to upgrade its software and may include a feature to allow customers to log-in and access their account status and information.   Until such time, it is necessary to contact us for billing and other related information.
